INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENT PLAN AT THE REC GROUND DURING THE OFF SEASON

Fencing

Byron Shire Council (BSC) are replacing the fencing around BB1 with new steel and mesh fencing and replacing the fencing adjacent to BB2 and the park area between the Tennis Courts and the Community Centre with timber bollards.

Drainage

BBFC in collaboration with BSC are looking at improving the drainage to both BB1 & BB2 with a new underground drainage system and above ground swale running parallel with the path between the 2 fields. This will involve labour from within the club and access to a grant which we are hoping to secure.
