Celebrating a birthday, need a space for your office team day or workshop, or looking to host an event? The Byron Bay FC Community Clubhouse is available for hire. Offering a great central location in Byron Bay township, with views across the Byron Bay Memorial Recreation Grounds and only a few minutes’ walk to the beach.

The Clubhouse comes equipped with:

A bar and bar fridge (stocked or unstocked)
A 75 cm TV
Male, female, and accessible toilets
A lift for ease of access
A balcony with 3 large tables and 20 bar stools
Air conditioning and ceiling fans
Internal cocktail tables (5) plus 15 bar stools
Internal banquet tables (8–10 seater) plus 20 formal chairs
Total capacity: 110 (50 internal and 60 on the balcony)
Hire Rates:

Business workshop day hire: $300 (BBFC Community Member) / $500 (Non-BBFC Community Member)
Adult birthday party: $300 (BBFC to keep bar proceeds, minimum bar sales $400, includes 1 bar staff)
– or $500 (supply your own bar) plus cleaning fee
Junior birthday: $50 per hour
Community hire: $50 per hour (e.g. yoga, dance classes, etc.)
