BBFC is one of the biggest sporting community clubs in the Northern Rivers and we need your help! The club is 100% volunteer based and can only operate with the help of people like you assisting the kids and all players and supporters in many capacities.

Trophies
Contact Person - Volunteers Coordinator - Danita. 23July ask all age managers to confirm with each Team Manager how many end of season trophies they need. Order, pickup, distribute.
Soccer Gear assistance
Contact Person Match day manager- Troy. At the start of each season have around 50 teams who need assistance with training field set up. Turn up, talk to coaches, go.
Game Day Pitch Set Up
Contact person - Match Day Manager - Troy. We would love some hands on helpers to assist the rostered 6’s teams set up. A 6’s parent for this role.
Line Marker
Line Marker main man -Lachy. The club required pitches to be marked. We have a main man in charge but he cannot always be available due to work commitments.
Communications Manager
Volunteers Coordinator - Danita. This is an autonomous role for someone to communicate with the Age Group Managers about the website Calendar updates, on field issues with sideline coaching and late comers.It is a supportive role which welcome discretion and optimum communication skills.
Youth Coach support
Youth & Junior manager-George. This role supports the head coach and manages whatsapp’s for a small number of parents.
Gear Logistics help
Youth & Junior manager-George. This will suit a parent with a ute or 4WD who’s son or daughter is in high performance program. Needed for February and March and April
Merchandise support
Merch Manager- Katie.
A person who can assist the Merch manager once or twice a year with reconciling and spreadsheet checks.
A lot of Social Media help!
Socials manager-Jade. Any given Saturday, during the soccer season, take photos of your kids, tell a brief story with a one line or about two paragraphs, send to our website manager to upload to socials.
School Holiday Soccer Camp
Technical Director -Ben. Suited to a mum or dad with kids in miniroos to support the junior coaches in entertaining your kids for 2-3hrs. This required arriving 15 minutes early to take cash or cc, tick off a name, done. 2,3 or 4 times during School Holidays.
Canteen assistance
Senior Football manager -Jay. Any tweens or teens who are willing to provide a service for their community soccer club can help out at the counter for a few hours. Assists with confidence, boredom and maths 👏
All Teams
Contact person - Sim & Jac. Require a coach and a Team Manager to manage team comms on whatsapp. Doc. on the Miniroos info page on the website has clear instructions.
Club House Fundraiser
Contact person - Revenue. Any teenagers, friends, or families who want to organise a fundraiser for our club please send your ideas with as much information as possible for the Executive Committee to help support you.
Calendar Coordinator.
Contact person- Jade. This role includes being available for all committee members and senior coaches to contact you so you can update the Google calendar on the website. You will be given exclusive access to make changes for the club members to see.
BBFC Raffle facilitator
Contact person- Revenue. To attend the Byron Bay Services Club on Friday afternoons to sell raffle tickets. This can be shared with your crew of friends keen to take the kids for an early dinner on Fridays.
Sushi Vouchers
Contact person -Match Day Manager. Each year Street Sushi print and give us vouchers for the kids in miniroos. Collect, allocate team vouchers, hand to managers, done.
