Where is your home ground

We play our home games at Byron Bay Memorial Recreation Grounds on Carlyle Street.

What dates do you play?

Typically, the regular season runs from April until August, with finals in September. The pre-season cup (for seniors and U16s) is in March and the Summer Youth League runs from October until December. We start trials and training in February. In saying this, if you’ve missed the start of the season still get in touch and we’ll see if we can find you a place.

How do I register to play?

Complete our registration page on the FFA website by clicking here and attend one of our sign-on days (stay tuned to our website and Facebook for information).

Can I use the Active Kids voucher to help pay my fees?

Yes, the NSW government gives all school-enrolled children two $100 vouchers to use towards sport and active recreation. Click here to apply for yours.

How can I trial for your High Performance Program?

Click here to register your interest. When our HPP trials are announced, we will send you all the details.

Can I coach at Byron Bay FC?

Yes! We welcome senior, junior and elite coaches at our club. If you are interested in coaching in our High Performance Program please click here. All other coaches please contact us.

What gear do I need?

  • Black shorts (on sale at the canteen or online when you register)

  • Black socks with a dual white stripe (on sale at the canteen or online when you register)

  • Shin pads

  • Football boots

  • You do NOT need to purchase a playing jersey, these are supplied on the team

Do you need volunteers?

Yes! We need volunteers in a number of capacities including:

  • Team Manager

  • Grounds assistance (line marking, game day set-up, goal maintenance)

  • Members of the committee

What happens if I get injured?
